Because of you guys, 2019 has already been an Amazing Adventure! As a “Thank You” I have created FBS Rewards! A program that will allow for some pretty awesome savings.

As I’m sure you’ve probably noticed, There’ve been a few updates to the direction and policy of FBS that will help focus and expand my ability to better serve you as we continue to grow together! Primarily, the focus has shifted from being a full-service private salon to a semi-private Hair Extensions and Wig Shop.

FBS Terms & Conditions

a. FBS is now offering FBS Rewards! Click Here for details😉

b. Services are focused on Hair Extensions & Wig Services. While other services will still be offered, you’ll noticed that promotions, marketing, and salon décor upgrades will highlight this Change.

c. Each Service will have an associated “ticket” for quality control. This will help with tracking points earned during visit and notes on client/service preferences. You may see notes taken during your appointment.

d. An itemized receipt will be issued at check out. An “end-of-year” statement will no longer be offered, so please store receipts for your records.

e. Preferred forms of Payment include Cash, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle.

Credit & Debit Cards are welcomed and are subject to a 5% processing fee. Personal/Business checks, money orders, or other forms of payments will not be accepted

f. The $25 missed appointment fee and $15 Late fee are currently being enforced. Payment may be rendered via Cash or Apps on date of scheduled service. Please provide 24hr notice of appointment changes to avoid fees

g. The $25 Early Bird & Late Owl fees are currently being enforced for all appointments starting before 9am and after 5pm
