Q. What kind of hair do you carry?

A.  8A Brazilian Virgin Remy Bundles, Ponytails, Tape-Ins, and Clip-Ins 

Q. How long does it take to have a wig made?
A. Each unit is made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks upon confirmed receipt of your order to receive your completed unit.

Q. How long does the wigs last?
A. Your wig will last for 1-2 years with proper care.

Q. What kind of hair should I send for Wig Making Services?
A. Only 100% Raw Virgin Human Hair and 100% Virgin Remy Human Hair will be accepted for Wig making services.
*I reserve the right to reject any Unit or Hair Extensions that do not appear to be 100% Virgin, or in a good enough condition to insure a satisfactory outcome.
*Hair must be clean, free of tangles, threading, and debris

Q. What kind of hair should I send for color services
A. Only 100% Virgin Human Hair will be accepted for Color Services. For Fashion Colors (neon, candy, glow in the dark, etc.) 100% Virgin Human hair in #613 is highly recommended. I will not be responsible for the outcome of constructions and/or coloring of low quality hair. 

Q. How many Bundles of hair should I send for Wig Making Services?
A. 2.5 bundles will yield a contoured and smooth finish recommended for short natural looking Bobs 8-10 inches long. 3 bundles of hair for a natural but full result recommended for full bobs, mid length, and slightly longer styles up to 12-16 inches. 4-5 bundles will yield a full and “Glamorous Celebrity-like” result and is highly recommended for bundles 18 inch or longer. The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.

Q. What is a U-Part wig?
A. A U-Part Wig is a ¾ wig with a U-Shaped spacing. This allows for the most natural appearance due to client’s ability to blend leave out (clients natural hair).

Q. What is a full wig?
A. A full Wig with Lace or Silk-Based closure is a fully enclosed wig that has a natural looking parting created by the closure piece. This is the most protective choice because client’s hair will be completely enclosed under the cap and free from heat and/chemical styling. 

Q. How do I wear a wig?
A. All units can be securely worn by combs or clips installed on each unit as a complimentary service by client request. For a more natural and snug fit, an elastic band can be installed on a full closure and frontal wig as a complimentary service. Units can also be sewn down to a perimeter braid for a convenient and flawless finish. 

Q. What kind of Cap are wigs made with?
A. All units are made with a Mesh Dome Cap or Nylon based, adjustable wig cap. Both will allow for extra security and comfortable fit.

Q. Will wefts be cut or folded?
A. Wefts will be both cut and folded during the wig’s construction.

Q. Can the wigs be pulled into a ponytail?
A. Yes. All units over 12" will have a tightly-stitched perimeter for easy blending ability & ponytail option.

Q. Do you provide hair for the wig making service?
A. Hair May Be added to the original pricing of the wig making service. Please email ishopfbs@gmail.com or fill out the contact form on the "Contact" page for more information. Should you choose to send in hair, your Hair must be sent to the address provided. Once hair is received, you will be notified and your completed unit will shipped to you within 2 weeks.

Q. How are Products, Extensions & Wigs shipped?
A. Wigs will be shipped by USPS. Tracking numbers will be emailed for confirmation. Please allow up to 10 days for custom units. Please be available for delivery or leave delivery message with USPS as I am not responsible for missed, or stolen delivery.

Q. What is the Return Policy?

A. Due to the nature of the service, all sales Upon Shipment are final. All Ready-To-Ship Designer wigs are sold as described and as is.
Custom wig making & clip in services will be subject to Client Satisfaction “Love it or Leave it” review via pictures sent by texts and email. Wigs may be altered to client’s specifications at this time. Should Termination of the transaction take place, payment may be reversed with the exception of the 50% Deposit. Once client expresses satisfaction and wig and/or unit is shipped All Sales Are Final.
